摘要: 储蓄可以提高个体的生活幸福感、满意度等。关于储蓄的经济学研究较多,而在心理学领域,关于储蓄尚有很大研究空间。储蓄意愿及行为受到年龄、收入、人格等个体因素和经济、文化、家庭等外在情境因素的影响,个体选择储蓄的心理过程涉及时间有关的认知模式、情绪、自我控制等方面。在实践应用上,干预储蓄的方法,可以分为助推、提醒储蓄法等。未来研究应进一步深入对储蓄影响因素及心理后果的探讨,开展储蓄本土化研究,发展储蓄测量工具及心理学理论,以期引导个体建立对自身与社会发展有益的储蓄模式。
