蔡丹，上海师范大学心理学院党委副书记、院长，教授，博士生导师。上海市“东方学者”特聘教授、曙光学者、浦江人才、晨光学者。上海师范大学儿童发展与家庭研究中心执行主任，中国心理学会青年工作委员会副主任，上海学校心理健康教育专家指导委员会委员，上海市心理卫生学会常务理事，上海市心理学会副秘书长。担任Child & Youth Care Forum副主编，《心理科学》《心理学通讯》《教育生物学杂志》等杂志编委。主持国家自然科学基金2项，教育部、上海市教委等十多课题。发表国内外核心论文五十多篇。主要研究方向为儿童认知发展与数学学习困难。

Prof. Dr. Dan Cai, Dean of School of Psychology, Shanghai Normal University. He is Shanghai Oriental Scholar Distinguished Professor, Shuguang Scholar, Pujiang Talent. He is the Executive Director of the Child Development and Family Research Center at Shanghai Normal University, Deputy Director of the Youth Work Committee of the Chinese Psychological Society, Member of the Shanghai School Mental Health Education Expert Committee, Deputy Secretary General of the Shanghai Psychological Society.

He was graduated from the Institute of Development and Educational Psychology at the School of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences, East China Normal University, and a visiting scholar and postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Educational Psychology, University of Alberta, Canada. Serving as the associate editor-in-chief of Child & Youth Care Forum, editorial board member of journals such as Psychological Science (Chinese), Frontiers in Rehabilitation Sciences, the Journal of Educational Biology. Hosted 2 NSFC projects and over ten national and provincial-level projects. Published nearly 50 core papers focused on children's cognitive development, mathematics learning, family education, and adolescent mental health.
