罗文波 辽宁师范大学党委副书记、校长，教授、博士生导师、国家级人才入选者、国务院政府特殊津贴专家、中国心理学会认定心理学家、中国心理学会理事、教育部评估评价专家委员会委员、中国高等教育学会理事、国家自然科学基金会议评审专家、辽宁省优秀专家、辽宁特聘教授，辽宁省“百千万人才工程”百人层次、辽宁省青年科技奖获得者、辽宁省优秀科技工作者。在Science Advances、Molecular Psychiatry、Computers in Human Behavior、NeuroImage、Human Brain Mapping、中国科学、科学通报、心理学报等国内外知名期刊发表研究论文160余篇，出版学术专著、教材和译著5部。主持国家级重点、面上等项目10余项，相关成果曾获广东省自然科学二等奖，重庆市自然科学三等奖，重庆市社会科学优秀成果三等奖、深圳市自然科学二等奖和辽宁省自然科学学术成果一等奖等奖励7次。受邀担任Frontiers in Human Neuroscience、Frontiers in Psychiatry、心理科学、心理科学进展、应用心理学等期刊副主编或编委，先后为50余种国内外高水平期刊审稿。
