师保国，首都师范大学心理学院教授，博士生导师，研究生院副院长。中国心理学会教育心理专业委员会委员，中国心理学会学习心理专业委员会委员，北京市教育学会创造教育专业委员会第六届理事会副理事长。主要研究领域为创造性的心理与认知神经机制、儿童青少年的心理发展与社会适应、创造性与心理健康的关系等。主持完成国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社科、北京市社科基金等多项课题，发表学术论文90余篇，研究成果得到教育部基础教育司采纳。获北京市哲学社会科学优秀成果奖、朱智贤心理学奖、中国机械工业科学技术奖、北京市高等学校青年教学名师奖、北京高校优秀育人团队（负责人）等奖励，主讲课程获评首批国家级一流本科课程和北京高校优质本科课程、北京市课程思政示范课，及教育部在线教育研究中心2024“拓金计划”课程。入选北京市优秀人才资助计划、北京市高校青年英才计划。
SHI Baoguo, a professor at the School of Psychology, Capital Normal University, is a doctoral supervisor and the vice dean of the Graduate School. He is a member of the Educational Psychology Committee and the Learning Psychology Committee of the Chinese Psychological Society, and the vice-chair of the 6th Council of the Committee on Creative Education, Beijing Academic Society for Education.
Professor Shi’s main research areas include the psychological and cognitive neural mechanisms of creativity, the psychological development and social adaptation of children and adolescents, and the relationship between creativity and mental health. Professor Shi has led a number of research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation of the Ministry of Education, the Beijing Social Science Foundation, etc. To date, Professor Shi has published more than 90 academic papers, and his research outcomes have been adopted by the Department of Basic Education, Ministry of Education.
Professor Shi has been honored with the Beijing Award for Excellence in Philosophy and Social Sciences, the Zhu Zhixian Psychology Award, the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award, the Beijing Higher Education Institutions Young Teaching Masters Award, the Beijing Higher Education Institutions Outstanding Educational Team (Leader), etc. His courses have been awarded with the first cohort of National First-Class Undergraduate Courses, the High-Quality Undergraduate Courses in Beijing, the Model Courses for Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education in Beijing, and the 2024 "Top Gold Program" by the Online Education Research Center of the Ministry of Education. Professor Shi has also been selected for the Beijing Outstanding Talent Support Program and the Beijing Higher Education Young Elite Teacher Project.
