
姚翔,博士,北京大学心理与认知科学学院长聘副教授,研究员,副院长;中国社会心理学会理事,中国社会心理学会应用社会心理学专业委员会主任委员;中国心理学会工业心理学专业委员会副主任委员。研究领域为组织中的员工管理与职业发展;主要工作聚焦组织适应与组织成员社会化,创造力与组织创新,以及职场健康与工作压力对应,考察了影响员工心理与行为的动态变化机制,并通过现场干预的实验研究方法改善员工的心理及行为表现。
Dr. Xiang YAO is a tenured associate professor at the Department of Management and Social Psychology and vice dean in School of Psychological and Cognitive Sciences, Peking University. He earned his Ph.D. in Psychology from Peking University. He served as the council members of Chinses Association of Social Psychology, the chairman of Applied Psychology Branch of Chinses Association of Social Psychology and the vice chairman of Industrial Psychology Branch of Chinese Psychology Society. His research interests include Implementation and Validity Verification of field intervention, Individual creativity and Organization innovation, Employee adjustment and Socialization intervention, Emotional Labor and Occupational health, Measurement and Assessment Technology in Human Resources.
