摘要: 过度的恐惧及厌恶是焦虑障碍的核心特征之一,从条件学习视角探析恐惧与厌恶的特性,有望为相关临床治疗提供重要依据。首先从面部表情、心率、认知及功能脑区层面论述了恐惧、厌恶与焦虑相关疾病的情绪主导性关系。其次,从条件学习视角对比恐惧和厌恶的行为与神经机制差异,发现相对于习得的恐惧,厌恶更难以消除;两者的条件学习既会共同激活dACC、OFC和NAcc等参与联结意识发展和效价评估的脑区,也会激活各自特异的功能脑区,如杏仁核等在恐惧学习中具有重要地位,脑岛在厌恶学习中具有重要地位。最后,从厌恶条件学习研究的不足性,讨论了未来研究可以从泛化、消退干预等方向继续探究。
