Abstract

Enlisted Personnel Allocation System (EPAS) is a latest developed system adopted by US army for soldiers’ selection and allocation. It was programmed using a linear programming optimization method, can yield significant improvement to the Army's personnel classification based on predicting a latest classification methodology that allocates applicants to jobs so as to maximize predicted performance while meeting accession requirements, and can by a linear programming optimization software program.
