JI Ming
Ming JI, a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Psychology, Shaanxi Normal University, specializing in human factor, risk perception, and occupational mental health. He is a Leading Talent in Philosophy and Social Sciences under Shaanxi Province’s “Special Support Plan,” and a recognized Young and Middle-Aged Scientific Innovation Leader. He leads a youth innovation team in higher education and serves as Deputy Director of the Shaanxi Key Laboratory of Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience. Professor Ji has published over 50 articles in journals such as Safety Science, Accident Analysis & Prevention, Journal of Safety Research, Human Factors, and Acta Psychologica Sinica. He has authored five academic books, holds more than ten patents and software copyrights, and has received multiple national and provincial awards for teaching and research excellence. He has led over ten major research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Social Science Foundation, and other national and provincial agencies. He serves on the editorial boards of Psychological Science, Applied Psychology, Chinese Journal of Aerospace Medicine, and Aerospace Medicine and Medical Engineering. His academic roles include Executive Council Member of the Chinese Psychological Society, Secretary General of the Shaanxi Psychological Society, and member of several CPS committees including Engineering Psychology and Science Communication.
